We are a team of committed, qualified education professionals with a passion for youth and staff development. We believe that a school community is a living entity, reflecting its own unique culture and set of values. This culture begins the minute the first person steps through the door each day. In order for this culture to thrive, the entire community must be in alignment. That is why our unique program focuses on all components of the community: faculty, students and families.

Tribework for Teachers
Gain alignment through common vision and values and learn the most high performing and resilient culture operating system on the planet: Tribe! Tribework is a 2-3-hour interactive workshop that unlocks the 3 Master Maps of Humanity. These vital leadership lenses are explored using a combination of discussion, curriculum, and experiential activities. The experiential learning components of Tribework vary based on the program environment and timeframe.
Wolf Wisdom for Students
Students are introduced to the Tribe lessons through a series of engaging and thought provoking experiential challenges. These challenges explore the vital themes of collaboration, diversity, healthy conflict, and accountability. They are then introduced to a pack of real wolves whom the native Americans refer to as ‘The Teacher’. This is a safe and highly engaging experience of leadership, collaboration and teamwork in its purist sense.
High Ropes Challenge Course
Student and staff whole class off-site. Students and teachers will learn how to support one another and work together based on the core values of their community. A Wolfpack Teambuilding high ropes challenge course gives students the opportunity to explore their superpowers as well as their self-limiting beliefs. Students and staff will have the opportunity to explore goal setting, face their fears, build their confidence and support their peers all in a physically and emotionally safe environment.
Optional Family experience
Family involvement: off-site celebration day with ropes & wolves. Families are the foundation of the school community. These off-sites will allow them to fully participate in their child’s experience and provide a truly collaborative and holistic application of the health and resilience of the Tribe!
